Parking is big problem. Hotel has arrangement for parking on a vacant land nearby which is only covered with a boundary wall and they put lock on it. Car stays in an roofless area under a tree and in one day dust and other things cover the car badly. Room service is very poor.You have to call many many times for a small housekeeping support. They have only one or two staff who does multipurpose job and hence is not able to attend in time to call of customer Room was handed over at 3.30 pm instead of 1 pm despite of my arrival at hotel at 2 pm. I had to wait with my family in the lobby till the room was made ready. This disturbed all my rest of the day's programme

Amazing hospitality, clean rooms , the location is near on the temple- 15 min ride away. The staff is courteous and they have a good restaurant in house with great options for food for both kids and adults.

Clean and beautiful rooms, hot water, very good breakfast, very kind staff! The only disadvantage is the location which is 20min from the centre, but this didn’t affect our experience. I highly recommend!

Good stay in Hotel Xenia I like the luxurious room very neat and clean, good food, nice restaurant beautiful banquet hall most likely the good behaviour and extra care provided to guest by Rakesh in the font desk. Overall good stay.

I had 3 days stay here with BLD included, they stay was fabulous and they food was delicious, this could be the preferable choice to stay when visiting varanasi.
